Anna leads our property acquisition programme and helps investors understand the deal risks and potential profitability. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry in the UK and overseas through investment in conversion projects, rental commercial and residential property. Anna has a financial background and is a qualified chartered accountant. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, cooking, playing board games, reading books or watching detective movies. With over 10 years’ experience in banking and real estate, Igor brings significant expertise in appraising property deals, risk management and structured finance for the day-to-day investment decisions. He also invests directly in property focusing on overseas markets and runs our talent acquisition and development programme. In his spare time Igor likes to run and swim for long distances, cook, read and spend time with family and friends.
