Anna leads our property acquisition programme and helps investors understand the deal risks and potential profitability. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry in the UK and overseas through investment in conversion projects, rental commercial and residential property. Anna has a financial background and is a qualified chartered accountant. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, cooking, playing board games, reading books or watching detective movies.

“Investment in real estate and development has been part of my life since I was a child, when my father was building our first house and then moved into bigger projects. I invested in my first property at the age of 23, converting a residential ground flat into commercial office unit. Currently, having years of experience in the professional world and working with FTSE real estate corporates, I focus on commercial conversion and development projects for Ubiqa and help other investors to appraise the deals.
